Unovent's Xgen is a game-changer in the world of home air ventilation. Designed in New Zealand for New Zealand conditions, it is less expensive and cheaper to run than other home ventilation systems. Using only 12 Volts (the same as many LED lights), the ceiling-mounted Xgen is a ductless ventilation system that draws filtered, dry air in from the roof cavity to help maintain airflow and healthier air quality. The Unobrain®’s smart sensor detects temperature and humidity, automatically turning on the fan to help reduce moisture and condensation.

Unovent's Xgen modular ventilation system constantly circulates air around your home, removing odours, helping to reduce moisture, and flushing out pollutants and irritants. It’s a positive pressure ventilation system, taking fresh air from the roof space, filtering that air, and gently pushing it into the rooms that need it. Installation is included in the price of Xgen, and this can normally be done in a matter of hours, depending on how many outlets you want to be fitted.

We’ll handle everything.

Our certified installers work with qualified electricians to fit power points inside your roof space and fit soffit grills if necessary.
