The Solar Powered Attic Fan comes in two sizes. The smaller size is suitable for low sloped roofs with a smaller area. The larger size is suitable for low sloped roofs with a larger area or steep sloped roofs.

Note our price INCLUDES installation, and upon purchase, we will contact you to arrange this.

Unovent Xtract Solar Powered Attic fans are covered by a 5-year warranty on solar panel and motor and by a 10-year warranty for all other components and installation.
